Depending on your situation, the fastest answer isn't always a message.
Why there's no form on this page
No email-sending service is connected to the site yet. Rather than show a form that would say "thanks, message sent" with no one receiving it, we'd rather show nothing and say so.

Closing your account, or writing to us about your data
There's no button for this in the interface yet: closing happens on request, once the contact details above are published. It ends your access, closes ongoing shares, and removes your dogs from public listings.
What you can already do yourself, right now: edit your profile and addresses, edit a dog's profile and delete their photos, archive them to remove them from your lists, renew their tag — which disables the already-printed QR code —, close an alert, and delete a place listing you published.
Archiving deletes nothing: it removes the profile from your lists, and it can be reactivated whenever you want.
Four different things, which we'd rather not mix up. Deleting the account is something you do yourself, from the app or the "Delete my account" page: your contact details are erased and access ends. Removing public access — tag, search notice, carnet sharing — is immediate and done from the app. Vet-certified health acts, on the other hand, are kept — that's what makes a carnet prove something. Retention periods are still to be settled; write to us for a specific case.
Report content
A place that no longer accepts dogs, a false review, a provider listing that doesn't match anything: this content is moderated. A place proposed by the community is only published after review, and vets are verified before appearing in the directory.
There's no "report" button in the interface yet. Moderation today is preventive: a proposed place awaits review before publishing, a provider listing is checked before going live, and a vet is verified by hand before entering the directory. Nothing is published without going through that.
To report content already online, you'll need to write to us — once the contact details in the "Write to us" section are published.
