Identity and tag
A unique identity, wherever they go.
The Wourou QR tag links your dog to their profile. If they get lost, it opens only the information allowed by product rules and your choices.
More than a tag
A profile that follows them.
The tag opens a secure public profile with the dog's name, photo, identification number and authorised information. Your home address and email are not published.
Quick identification
One scan opens the authorised profile.
Controlled information
You choose what can be shown.
A clear way to help

Wourou passes on the report
When the owner has not chosen to show their phone number, Wourou acts as an intermediary: the passer-by sends a report and the owner is notified, without automatically revealing contact details.

Your data, your choice
Visibility under control.
The public profile answers one need: recognising the dog and helping. The home address and email remain private. A phone number appears only when the owner has explicitly chosen that contact mode.
- Public: dog identity and authorised information.
- Private: address, email and data the finder does not need.
- Location is shared only after the passer-by's consent.
Frequently asked questions
What you need to know.
Is the tag mandatory?+
No. The dog's Wourou profile exists without it; the tag adds quick access when someone finds the dog.
What is visible after a scan?+
The dog's public identity and authorised information. Private contact details are not shown by default.
What if the tag is lost?+
The owner keeps the profile and can rotate its public token to close the old link.
Does scanning require an account?+
No. The authorised public profile opens in a browser, without an app or account.
Your dog deserves a story that never gets lost.
